With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurine C. Englehardt (Westside, Iowa), who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Massman and Elva Massman (Lohrmann); her son Lonny Bartels; her son-in-law Arnold Luetje; and her sister-in-law DonnaBelle Massman.

She is survived by : her daughters, Paulette Luetje of Omaha, NE and Kristi Epke (Gerhard) of San Anselmo, CA; her daughter-in-law Janet Bartels of Urbandale, IA; her grandchildren, Patricia Atkinson (Rob), Janette Frey (Skip) of Swisher, IA, Brett Bartels of Urbandale, IA, Gerhard Epke (Larkin) of San Anselmo, CA and Johanna Epke of Brookline, MA; and her brother Verle Massman of Denison. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
