He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Ernest and Elva Amanda Massman (Lohrmann) of Westside, Iowa.; his wife Donna Belle Massman; his son Mark Massman; his sister Maurine Englehardt; and his brother-in-law Gus Englehardt.
He is survived by: his son Michael Massman (Linda) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his granddaughters, Tamera Weitz (Carter) of Elkhorn, Sharon Anderson (Jon) of Council Bluffs and Julie Spieker (Michael) of Waukee, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Carter Weitz (Christian), Michael Weitz (Nicole), Katie Wilcox (Alec), Linden Weitz (Bailey), Aibree Spieker, Quinn Anderson, Camille Anderson, Emma Spieker and Chase Spieker; his great great grandchildren, Jackson, Violet, Holden, Lucille, Theodore and Alder Weitz; and his close friend Jeanette McCollough of Denison, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
