She is survived by: her significant other Sam Moore; her family, Sam, Greta, Emma, Kenneth Moore, Kenneth Farmer, Laura Farmer, Christine, Zach, Anna, Olivia Hadley, John Farmer, Abigail, Troy Michel, Adrian Johnson, Eric Johnson, Ron, Kathy Moore, Wes, Angie, Quin and Finley Moore; her mother Jeanette Farmer; her sister Amy Graham; and her niece Chloe Hadley. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
