It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kerrol Erickson of What Cheer, Iowa, who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Erickson and Agnes Erickson (Berge); his daughter Lana Dowd; and his siblings, Aldred, Janet, Lewis, Vivian, Gerald, Dennis, Nancy and David.

He is survived by: his children, Laura Erikson of Isle, Minnesota, Heather Hipp of Isle, Minnesota, Aldred Erikson of Burlington, Iowa, Alyssa Audiss (Dan) of Washington, Iowa and Brittany Erikson (Spenser Fleming) of Washington, Iowa; his son-in-law Jesse Dowd of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his siblings, Donald Erikson (Phyllis) of Hillman, Minnesota, Barbara Knudsen of St. Joseph, Minnesota, Michael Erikson (Carol) of Royalton, Minnesota, Judy Johnson of Mora, Minnesota and Bruce Erickson (Vicki) of McGregor, Minnesota; and his sister-in-law Joyce Erikson of Eureka, Illinois.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
