He is survived by: his sons, Dean, Mark Milligan (Lori) of Fremont, Jason Bolinger (Tiffany) of Ottumwa, Jeremy Bolinger (Tonda) of What Cheer and Josh Bolinger (Kellie) of Fairfield; his grandsons, Zachery Bolinger (Kelsey) of What Cheer and Kaleb Bolinger of What Cheer; his siblings, Viola Wahl, Margie Keener, Doris Bolinger, Dora Ray, Georgia Springer, Floyd Bolinger (Kay), Ronald Bolinger (Del) and Melvin Bolinger (Sharon); his sister-in-law Sandy Bolinger; and his pet Jake.
