With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Roberts of Whiting, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Wilen and Florence Wilen; her husband Richard Roberts; her son Tracy Roberts; and her brother Gary Wilen.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Roberts, Mark Roberts of Whiting, IA and Matthew Roberts (Kate) of Jackson, MN; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Roberts (Dean Bettis) of Durango, CO, Nicolas Roberts, Annabelle Roberts, Benjamin Gray and Bryce Roberts; her sister Merry Clayton of Hillsboro, OR.; and also, Jason, Ethan, Dylan, Leah Buckley, Mike and Jonathan Delaney.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Township Cemetery.
