He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Lee Prentice Sr. (Linda) of Dolliver and Debra Sue Laidig (Bob) of Whittemore; his partner Jen Nelson of Whittemore; his siblings, Kristina Prentice (Derrick Ricke) of Whittemore, Elisa Crosby of Fort Dodge, Marissa Livingston (Leo) of Belmond, Andreah Prentice (Jared Johnson) of Emmetsburg, Hunter Prentice of Dolliver, Donald Crosby (Ali Kuper) of Burt and Bobbie Crosby (Kobe Friday) of Whittemore; his children, Amelia, Lily, Lyric and Axe; and his grandmother Mary Beck of Estherville.
