She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Holdren and Irene Holdren (Walker); her daughter-in-law Kris Ostwald; and her sister Marjorie Davis (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Melvin Ostwald of Algona; her sons, Randy Ostwald of Bancroft and Mark Ostwald of Algona; and her grandchildren, Anne Ostwald (Jason Carney) of Boone, Brandon Ostwald (Stephanie) of Algona and Shauyna Smith (Aaron) of Wesley. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (513 Clay St, Whittemore, IA 50598). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
