He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sweedler and Arlene Sweedler (Mogle). He is survived by: his wife Cindi Baade; his children, Elizabeth Sweedler and Kyle Sweedler (Jessica) of Williams; his sister Charlotte Moore (Doug) of Wichita, KS; his nephews, Jeff Moore (Karen) of Wichita, KS and Matthew Moore of Wichita, KS; his sister-in-law Maria Hillgartner (John) of Fort Madison; and his sibling's children, Lindsey Hillgartner of Madison, WI and Vance Hillgartner of Fort Madison. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (200 Beech St, Williams, IA 50271). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
