She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Dee. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Van Dee (Teggatz) of Oxford; her husband Gene Schindler; her children, Shayna Schindler of Oxford and Skyler Schindler (Amanda Brogan) of Oxford; and her grandson Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home-Williamsburg (407 N Highland St, Williamsburg, IA 52361). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (2978 225th St, Williamsburg, IA 52361).
A memorial fund has been established for Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center.
