He is survived by: his children, Barbara Hopp (Gary) of Williamsburg, Connie Von Ahsen (Greg) of Millersburg and Jeff Wille (Linda) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Haley Hopp, Ashley Peterson (Brad), Sarah Plaht (Shannon), Nathan Wille, Tyler Wille and Kaitlin Wille; his great grandchildren, Liam Peterson and Chelsie Plaht; his stepgranddaughters, Eva Lutz (Chris) and Amanda Ritchie (Marshall); and his sister-in-law Dolores Wille of Williamsburg.

A memorial fund has been established for Immanuel Lutheran Church or Lutheran Interparish School.
