With sadness, we share the passing of Gary Lynn Schultz Sr. of Williamsburg, Iowa. Gary, born on December 26, 1945 in North English, Iowa, passed away on November 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Schultz and Maude Schultz (Doll); his son Nickolas; and his brothers, Norman Schultz, Bill Schultz and LeRoy Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Heath of Williamsburg; his children, Tammy Crossman (Daniel) of South English, Jesse Tripses (Tracey) of Williamsburg, Gary Lynn Schultz, Jr. of Brighton, Brad Tripses of Lone Tree and Diane Linderman (Brian) of Mason City; his sister Janice Westerholm of Dorles, Colorado; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Schultz of Greenwood and Connie Schultz of Vancouver, Washington.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home (407 N Highland St, Williamsburg, IA 52361).
Memorials may be given to the Marengo Senior Community Center.
