He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Scurlock); his sons, Nathan (Sara) and Steven (Jen); his son-in-law James Elliott; his grandchildren, Kyle, Christian, Hope, Carolyn, Annika, Britta, Dane and Easton; and his siblings, Warren (Trish), Gordon, Phyllis Jensen (John) and Marlene Patton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
