It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Chounard of Williamsburg, Iowa, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Sr. Chounard and Jo Ann Chounard (Birtcher). He is survived by : his wife Laura Sue Hoeft; his children, Olivia of Philo, IL, Cloee of Philo, IL and Logan Chounard of Philo, IL; his sister Amanda Deedrick (Bob) of Sadorus, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Lenny, Audery Deedrick, Cheynne, Izzy and River Hoeft.
