Brent left this world on October 14, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Butch" Marks and Kathryn Marks (Butterfield); and his sister-in-law Marcia Hetzler. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Drumm; his sons, Jared Marks (Carmen) of Wilton and Kyle Marks (Brittany) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Lydia, Rhett, Caleb and Jacob; his siblings, Cindy Gavin (Jim) of Wilton, Curtis Marks (Cathy) of Fort Myers and Jim Marks (Angie) of Laguna Niguel, California; his parents-in-law, Paul and Janet Drumm; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Sheets (Tom) and Jeff Drumm (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
