She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Marine and Eileen Marine (White); her parents-in-law, Ferd and Dorothy Rathjen; and her brother-in-law Alan Rathjen.
She is survived by: her husband Leon L. Rathjen; her children, Ron Rathjen (Susan) of Urbandale, Tamera Fischer (Layne) of Creston and Deb Humiston (Tony) of Columbus Junction, Iowa; her grandchildren, Darrian, Allison, Emily, Hunter, Jaida and Tyler; her brother Larry Marine (Karen) of Wilton; her stepmother Phyllis Marine of Muscatine; and her brother-in-law Gene Rathjen (Judy) of Wilton.
Memorials may be given to Durant Ambulance or Wilton Ambulance or ProMedica Hospice.
