It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Klopfenstein of Winfield, Iowa, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Edward and Hazel Alice Klopfenstein (Fletcher); his wife Ruth LaVon Johnson; and his brothers, Phillip Klopfenstein (LaVonne) and William Klopfenstein (Lenore).

He is survived by : his children, Paul Micheal Klopfenstein (Carrie) of Winfield, Rex Wayne Klopfenstein of Golden, Betty Jo Metz (Gary) of Parker and Sara Ann Tuschen (Timothy) of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Big Red Pride Booster Club in memory of Joe.
