Mary Gilbert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2025, at the age of 99, Mary Gilbert of Winfield, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Snell and Ruth Snell (Breuer); her husband Robert Gilbert; her children, Margaret "Peggy" Reneau, James and Michael; her granddaughter Monica King; and her sisters, Norene, Katherine "Kay" and Elberta June.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia King-Williams of Winfield, Rand Youngman (Jeanne) of Winfield, Rev. Wayne Youngman of Elberta and Mary K. Dyal of Phoenix, Arizona; her son-in-law Steve Reneau of White Rock; her grandchildren, Cheryl Wade, Loretta King, Steve Brown, Mike Youngman, Katie, Pat and Dillon; her stepson Tom Gilbert of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her maltese Buddy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Winfield Museum or the Winfield First Responders in memory of Mary.
