He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight "Butch" Cornick and Lorna Cornick (Carlson); his son Greg Cornick; and his sister Janyce Seahorn. He is survived by: his wife Page Kepper; his children, Patti Haines (Ryan) of Winfield, Courtney Davis (Tony) of Winfield and Jake Mace (Vida) of Mt. Prospect, Illinois; his grandchildren, Lori Beth Fritcher, Trent Haines, Layne Seager (Ashtin), Zach Davis (Morgan), Dylan Mace and Colin Mace; his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Brilee, Addison, Quinn and Jett; and his sister Deb Conard (Kerry) of Winfield.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Winfield (102 S Olive St, Winfield, IA 52659). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Winfield First Presbyterian Church (302 S Locust St, Winfield, IA 52659).
