She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Gustafson and Veva Gustafson (McCorkle); her son Bill Kinser; and her brother Mike Gustafson. She is survived by : her husband Jim Kinser of Winterset; her son Joel Kinser (Jen Hughes) of Des Moines; her stepson Tom Bentley of Red Oak; her daughters, Darce Ovel (Jeff) of Decorah and Molly Douglas (Chris) of Urbandale; her stepdaughter Klissie Robbins of Denton, TX; her daughter-in-law Julie Hendrix (Chris) of Oklahoma City, OK; her sisters, Viki Heuton of Pleasant Hill and Bette Larson (Axel) of Red Oak; her grandchildren, Natalie Albin (Brayden Clubb), Travis Ovel, Melanie Ovel (Nick Hatzung), Drew Carter (Wade), Gabe Kinser (Kelley Frary), Grace Kinser, Sophia Hughes, Pearl Kinser, Rowan Douglas, Heidi Parsons (Rod), Zach Bentley, John Bentley and Brandon Robbins; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Mica, Meadow, Lane, Chloe, Madison, Zoey, Lear, Lennex, Laiven, Ronin, Freya, Samantha, Codie, Ashlynn, Tymberlee, Kolt, Kellen and Mikala.
