He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lauer and Lorna Lauer (Gilbert); his parents-in-law, John Jensen and Margie Jensen; his brothers, Marvin Lauer and Deloyte Lauer (Esther); and his brother-in-law Dale Dillenburg.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Jensen; his children, Denise, Dwight (Angie) and Dan (Rhonda); his siblings, Duane Lauer (Wanda), Dennis "Chip" Lauer (Betty) and Carolyn Dillenburg; his brothers-in-law, Denny Jensen (Sue), Darrell Jensen (Peg), Doyle Jensen (Carla) and John Jensen (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kyle Lauer (Dawn), Amanda Green (Chad), Melisha Lauer (Shayna), Mekenna Lauer and JD Gordon (Maddy); and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Calin, Evan, Layni, Chett, Saylor, Benny, Tommy, Clay, Ruby, Bryar and Connor.
Memorials may be made to the Hill of Zion Cemetery and/or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
