She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Elmer and Loah Lucille Fisher (Hamilton); her husband Calvin Rex McVay; her daughter Christina Scott; and her brother-in-law Evan Nichols.
She is survived by : her children, Donald McVay (Carolyn) of Winterset, Diana Boyd (Jim) of Columbia, KY. and David McVay of Columbia, KY.; and her siblings, Sally Nichols of Bondurant, IA. and John Hewitt (Linda) of Afton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
