He was predeceased by : his parents, Johannes Huizinga and Jantje Bulthuis-Huizinga; and his granddaughter Reyana Elgersma. He is survived by : his wife Corrie; his son Tony (Dawn); his grandchildren, Arn and Willem of Hollandale, MN; his children, Rick (Jena) of St. James, MO and Monique (Rick Elgersma); and his granddaughter Alyssa of Winterset, IA..
