He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig "Ludie" Horn and Della Mae Horn (Baker); his wife Konnie Pritchard; and his siblings, LeRoy Horn and Mildred Horn Herman.
He is survived by: his son Rodney Horn (Melinda); his granddaughters, Heylee Eighmy (Drew) and Nichelle Graham (Todd); and his great grandchildren, Kenlee Eighmy, Melissa Eighmy, Hunter Eighmy, Elsie Graham and Jettson Graham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
