Larry Wilkinson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Wilkinson (Winterset, Iowa), who passed away on May 25, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wilkinson and Reland Wilkinson (Atherton); his daughter Cynthia Lou Wilkinson; and his siblings, Dale Wilkinson, Viola Martin, Martha Holsinger and Thelma Rhoades.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wilkinson; his children, Lynnette Sheldon (Glen), Jeanie Lewis (James) and Bernard Wilkinson (Jenice); and his sisters, Elsie Goldizen, Edna Rawson and Nancy Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future designation.
