He is survived by: his sisters, Mandy Heng (Michael) of Urbandale, IA and Corinne Washburne (Martin) of Mason, MI; his aunts, Janet Ajster (Koontz) of Kileen, TX and Pamela McMillan (Koontz) of Virginia Beach, VA; his uncle Michael Smith of Peru, IL; his stepfather Jare Kohn of Roscoe, IL; and his stepgrandparents, Joyce Koontz (Gregorich) of LaSalle, IL and James Waytenick of Peru, IL. He is also survived by numerous cousins, a niece and nephews, and step siblings.
