He was predeceased by: his sister Marlys; and his father Lyle DeFord. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark, Joel, Steve, Curt, Doug and Susan McClure (Colin); his wife Rita; his children, Nathan, Rachel, Colin, Caleb, Betsy, Isaac, Titus and Leah; and his mother Emily DeFord. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren.
