He was predeceased by : his parents, Hank Kooten and Sherryl Van Kooten (Bruett); and his siblings, Dean Van Kooten and Linda Sue Van Kooten. He is survived by : his wife Tracy Tyer; his son Joseph; and his sister Tonja Porter (Bill).
