He is survived by: his wife Bona Billingsley; his children, Kevin Clemens (Teri) and Kelly Cain (Paul); his grandchildren, Nicole Shore, David Cain (Kelsey), Eric Clemens (Kristal), Stephen Cain (Maddie), Jason Clemens (Amber) and Meghan Newton (Derek); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Brayden Shore, Olivia, Claire Cain, Gracie, Weston Clemens, Paul James, Patrick Cain, Matthew, Mackenzie, Maxwell, Mallory Clemens, Evelyn and Cain Marie Newton; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Young and Dan Billingsley.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory - Winterset Chapel (1823 N John Wayne Dr, Winterset, IA 50273). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 34204 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adel, IA 50003.
Memorials may be made to the family for a future designation.
