He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Louis Holt and Jeanne Elizabeth Holt (Cooney). He is survived by: his wife Debra Holt of Winthrop; his children, Jarod Holt of Independence, Andrea Koschmeder (Brandon) of Denver and Kyle Holt of Independence; his grandchildren, Nicholas Holt (Alyssa), Ethan Holt (Ashley Guyer), Brayden Holt, Jaxon Holt, Ava Diesburg and Ashlyn Diesburg; his great grandchildren, Autumn Holt, Hudson and Hazel Holt; his siblings, John Holt of Maple Grove, Joe Holt of Moravia, Jay Holt (Angie) of Independence, Jim Holt of Arizona, Jeff Holt of Arizona, Jesse Holt (Stephanie) of Kansas City, Missouri and Joan Walker (Mike) of Independence; his aunt Sandy; his uncle Michael Cooney; and his siblings-in-law, Beckie Petersen of Winthrop, LaVelle Hillman (Marvin) of Winthrop and Chip Chesmore (Carol) of Coralville, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
