He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hoskinson of Woden; his children, Gene Eden (Tracie) of Woden and Dawn Davidson (Tom) of Austin, MN; his foster daughter Nancy Knipfel (Willie) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Caleb Eden (Makayla), Riley Eden and Cooper Eden (Jade); his great grandchild Evelyn; his grandchildren, Trevor Eden, Cassidy Davidson and Allie Davidson; his brother Harvey Eden (Donna) of Wesley; and his sister-in-law Jannean Eliason (Dean) of Crystal Lake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel (310 Main, Woden, IA 50484). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Community Chapel (618 Co Rd P60, Lakota, IA 50451).
