He is survived by: his parents, John Kerger and Myra Kerger (Walker) of Woodbine; his fiancée Diane Mathison of Woodbine; his children, Sarah Johnsen (Johnny) of Logan, Matt Kerger (Betty) of Woodbine and Emily Kurpgeweit (Sam) of Omaha, Nebraska; his stepchildren, Heath Brunow (Maddy) of Woodbine, Angie Brunow of Woodbine, Adam Stegemann (Rebecca) of Missouri and AJ Mathison (Danielle) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Carey, Jordan, Cash, Lillian, Kailynn, Raegan, Cate, Jax, Abbigail, Brexley, Grayson and Huxton; his siblings, Terry Kerger of Woodbine, Jamie Samuel (Rich) of Omaha and Lisa Vandemark (Randy) of Woodbine; Joyce Isaacson (Monte) of Carson, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
