He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dean Mann and Anna Leora Mann (Perrin); his wife Janice Ann Johnson; his former wife Beverly; his siblings, Nola Chapman, Norma Hardt, Viola Plath, Loren Mann, Jerry Mann and Ronald Mann; his siblings-in-law, Leo Chapman, Lee Hardt, Bernard Plath and Doris Mann; his nephews, Larry Plath and Jeff Weldon; and his niece Rhonda Boyd.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Duane (Laura), Aaron Michael (Kristi), Lori Hingtgen (Ricky), Jon Mann (Susan), Julie Mann and Janel Cogdill (Rob); his grandchildren, Andrea Nepveux (Ray), Bob Hingtgen, Kurt Hingtgen, Nicole Ayala (Adrian), Stephanie Mann, Leilani Harbeck (Dan), Rhianna Kittrell (Ben), Alaina Mann, Thomas Mann, Jesi Mann, Shannon Mann, Anna Brinkmann, Joseph Brinkmann, Joshua Mann, Natalie Mann, Reagan Cogdill, Jacob Cogdill and Paige Cogdill; his great grandchildren, Maxwell Nepveux, Amelia Nepveux, William Harbeck, Charlie Harbeck, Victoria Kittrell and James Kittrell; his sister Shirley Weldon; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Weldon, Gwen Mann and Dianne Mann.
