He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrie Donald and Mary Lorena Epperson (Petty); his son Bob Epperson; and his siblings, Dolores Radebaugh, Mike Epperson and Donald Epperson.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Epperson; his sons, Ron (Laura Epperson) of Hickman and Scott (Dawn Epperson) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Jamie Tracy (Chris), Chad Epperson (Erika), Skyler Epperson (Kaelin), Dylan Epperson (Anna), Jessie Crum (Tony), Kevin Epperson, Tyler Epperson and Nate Epperson (Sarah); and his siblings, Tim Epperson (Rochelle) of Colorado, Patty Hinkel (Art) of Colorado, Darryl Epperson (Jeannie) of Colorado and Ralph Epperson (Pam) of Colorado. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fouts Funeral Home- Woodbine (501 Normal St, Woodbine, IA 51579). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Magnolia Cemetery.
