It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Downey of Woodbine, Iowa, born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gunn and Catherine Gunn (Mackay); her husband Robert Downey; and her children, Robert Jr., Diane and Bill.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Gregory of Fort Myers Beach, Florida; her grandsons, Matthew Borys, Jake Gibson and Ryan Downey; and her siblings, Yvonne Mitchell of Novato, Jim Gunn (Kate) of Brora, Scotland, Raymond Gunn of Brora, Scotland and Rosemary Irwin of Brora, Scotland. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
