He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Clark and Ada Clark (Pitt); and his siblings, Bonnie Drummond, Ernest "Bud", Lowell "Pete", Eddy, Donnie and Alvin Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Clark of Mondamin; his children, John Clark (Robann) of Logan, Jim Clark of Bellevue, David Clark (Jill) of Blair and Diane (Rod Meeker) of Logan; and his sisters-in-law, Karol Clark, Dee Clark, Betty Clark and Sharon Clark. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
