She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kirk and Hazel Kirk (Judd); and her sister Ruth Ann Casperson. She is survived by: her brother Jim Kirk (Shirley) of Dunlap, Iowa; her nieces and nephews, Bill Kirk (Linda) of Dunlap, Kathy (Harold Melby) of Dunlap, Shelly (Lee Whitmer) of Boone, Tony Casperson (Connie) of Dunlap, Iowa and Karen Melby of Dunlap, Iowa; and her cousin Edward Mohr (Margaret) of Los Angeles. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, former students and friends.
