He is survived by: his wife Deanna Small of Magnolia; his daughters, Bonnie Adams (Blair) of Modale, Iowa, Betty Smith (Curt) of Missouri Valley, Bev Olsen (Kevin) of Athens, Alabama, Barb Hoff (Tom) of Logan and Becky Clark (Mason) of Omaha, Nebraska; his stepdaughters, Chris Whitted (Warren) of Omaha and Joanna Barnard (Bob) of Missouri Valley, Iowa; and his brother Gary Small of Missouri Valley. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
