He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stephany and Donnabelle Stephany (Mefferd); his brother Dennis Stephany (Mary Lou); and his son-in-law Kurt Bremer. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Stephany of Woodbine; his children, Lisa Stephany (Rod Thompson) of Ankeny, Robert Scott Stephany (Diane) of Huxley, Linda Wilker (Max) of Urbandale, Lori Bremer of Apple Valley and Lea Ann DeLeon (Jack) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandchildren, Katie Miller (Joel), Nathan Stephany, Rachel Stephany, Emma Wilker and Sophia Wilker; his siblings, Dean Stephany (Catherine) of Woodbine and Mary Kay Eby (Robert) of Woodbine; his stepchildren, Raymond Reeb (Kris), Laura Ranz (Tony) and Troy Reeb; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Reeb (Kate), Spencer Reeb, Payton Reeb, Joshua Ranz and Alexa Ranz; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sophie Reeb and Jack Reeb. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Generations Hospice or the Woodbine Carnegie Public Library.
