It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Ostwinkle of Worthington, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ostwinkle and Del Rose Ostwinkle (Tobin); his siblings, Nita Ostwinkle and Ron Ostwinkle; and his in-laws, Sandy Ostwinkle, Audrey Wickman (Lenny) and Deb Ostwinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Jayne Meis; his sons, Troy Ostwinkle (Brandy) of Hiawatha and Todd Ostwinkle of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Cody Whitham, Hayden Ostwinkle, Camber Ostwinkle, Hunter Ostwinkle and Connor Ostwinkle; his great grandchild Scarlett Whitham; his siblings, Dennis Ostwinkle, Dean Ostwinkle and Daryl Ostwinkle (Darla); and his in-laws, Donnie Meis (Andrea), Jerry Meis (Pat) and Julie Ostwinkle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM at the Calendar Kramer Funeral Home (750 12th Ave SW, Dyersville, IA 52040). A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Kramer-Morris Funeral Home (750 12th Ave SW, Dyersville, IA 52040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar St. Paul Catholic Church (301 3rd Ave, Worthington, IA 52078).
