He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dusanek and Clara Dusanek (Klinefelter). He is survived by: his wife Cleo Kaye; his children, Chad Dusanek (Tara) of Wyoming and Angie Dusanek of Wyoming; his siblings, Norman (Maureen) of Anamosa, Rosalie (Nolan) of Austin, Eileen of Urbandale, Marvin (Nancy) of Monticello and Margaret of Detroit, Michigan; his grandchildren, Tate Dusanek (Emmalee), Lucas Lilleberg, Emma Schatz (Matthew), Garrett Eubanks (Mariah Simons) and Chiara Dusanek (Trenton Rickels); and his great grandchild Hayden Dusanek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
