He was predeceased by: his parents, John Texeira and Theresa Texeira (Silva); and his brothers, John and Thomas Texeira. He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Lee; his children, Stacy Wendt (Brian), Dawn Suenaga (Robert), Noel Texeira Jr. (Mary), Travis Texeira (Tess) and Sean Texeira (Kathleen); and his sister Theresa "Cookie" Texeira. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
