He is survived by: his wife Sara Mitchell; his children, Tanner Ingle (Jordan) and Sydney Ingle of Des Moines; his stepsons, Nathan Thompson (Carly) of Des Moines and Andrew Thompson (Stephanie) of Des Moines; and his siblings, Sheila Fonken (Van) of Indiana, Shelley Kurtz (Kevin) of Georgia and Shannon (Farah) of Iowa Falls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dakins Community Center (105 E Main St, Zearing, IA 50278). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
