She was predeceased by : her parents, Rufina and Erasto Gonzalez; her husband Erwin Carl Schatz; and her son Juan D. Vasquez. She is survived by : her daughter Reyna Vasquez (Tom Kucera); and her grandchildren, Michelle Herdt, Daniel Vasquez and Dahlia Marie (Christian Coulter). She is also survived by the youngest of three sisters and four brothers.
