She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Packer; her daughter Mary Aguirre; her parents, Lamar Perkins and Louise Perkins; and her siblings, William Perkins, Edwin Perkins and Elaine Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Packer (Diane), Betty Oakes, Sue Wherry (Bruce), Michael Packer (Teresa) and Debby McCarthy. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Evelyn Packer will be remembered not only for her numerous contributions to her family and community but also for her kind heart and the love she spread effortlessly around her.
