He is survived by: his children, Debi O'Neal (Tony), John Phillips and Mendi Bradley; his grandchildren, Nadia Saakyan (Arsenio), Michael Permann, Mckinnon Pfeifer (Anthony) and Jase Bradley (Gloria); his great grandchildren, Jaden Archer, Avianna Saakyan, Jace Pfeifer, Jetta Pfeifer and Joezi Pfeifer; and his siblings, Earl Phillips, Carl Phillips, Kenneth Phillips (Nancy), Paul Phillips (Marianne) and Jeannette Phillips.
