It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Marvin Burley (American Falls, Idaho), who passed away on June 17, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlotte Stephan Burley and Marvin Burley; and his sister Pam. He is survived by : his former life partner Mary Severe; his daughters, Shannon, Rayna and Ovvie; and his brother Marlin. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
