He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wayne Lusk and Bette Anne Neilsen Lusk; and his son Brett Wayne. He is survived by: his siblings, Sue and Dave; his wife CaroLynne; and his sons, Drew (Jessica), Blackfoot, Ross (Heidi), Rigby, Jared (Deana), Arbon, Kade (Shancy) and Seth (Hailey). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
