He is survived by : his mother Ina Kay Bolland (Johnson); his siblings, Kevin Jay Bolland, Kathy Ashley (Ben) and Lori Embree (Eric); his children, Steven Curtis Bolland and Jessica Hitt; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Dawna, Brandon, Oakley, Kyrus, Kynan, Trevor, Isaiah, Brendyn, Gibson and Lilian.
