She was predeceased by: her parents, Vearold Martindale and Marie Miller Martindale; and her husband John "Jack" Henry Amen. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Summers (Roy) of Eugene and Brad Amen (Joni) of Ashton; and her brother Leon Martindale (Lila). She is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pineview Cemetery (3600 E 1300 Rd N, Ashton, ID 83420).
